Chess branch of sport school №3 (Kharkov) exists from 1992.

It is not a secret that chess in Ukraine (in Kharkov - exactly), live in spite of "help" official chess bureaucracies. Especially sharply is the question of financing of departures costs on competitions (in 2003 sport master Konstantin Tarlev was not able to take part in championship of Europe till 16 years).
